YOUR ROLE AT MIRATERRA

Our planet is losing topsoil at an alarming pace, which affects its ability to sequester carbon and feed our growing population. You can play a crucial role in reversing this trend by ensuring that our teams are working together towards shared goals.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management for complex technical projects that include developing hardware, software, remote sensing and modelling. You will combine your insightful coaching skills with your knowledge of process and tools to help team members across our company get better and better at planning and communicating. You will build and maintain project plans, organize and lead cross functional meetings, send status updates, document risks, and ensure that everyone has the information they need in order to do what needs to be done.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Build strong relationships with team members across the company
- Motivate and lead project teams to deliver exceptional results, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project team members to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment.
- Coordinate internal resources for the successful execution of projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that include scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Monitor project progress regularly, prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
