THE POSITION

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to oversees technical projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that technical projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required level of technical quality. The ideal candidate will communicate with stakeholders, manage technical resources, and identify and mitigate technical project risks and issues.

We expect you to:

  • Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with technical teams and key stakeholders
  • Coordinating and managing technical resources to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
  • Monitoring project progress and adjusting as necessary to ensure that project goals are met
  • Communicating with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and any changes that may impact project delivery
  • Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards according to Novo Nordisk standards and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and developing contingency plans as needed
  • Evaluating project outcomes and identifying areas for project improvement
