YOUR MISSION
Our international team is looking for a Technical Project Manager (f/m/x) in the Operational Excellence team to play a pivotal role in leading and managing complex projects that enhance processes, workflows, and tools throughout the lifecycle of solar PV and energy projects, from Sales to Operations. This role demands a strong blend of project management expertise, deep solar PV technical knowledge, and a solid understanding of process improvement methodologies. Your strategic contributions will directly impact the operational efficiency and success of ecoligo’s regional hubs globally. YOUR SKILLS:
- Experienced in processes’ optimization throughout prior roles.
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experienced in project management within the solar or renewable energy field.
- In-depth understanding of the entire lifecycle of Solar PV projects, including development, design, implementation, and operation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of contracts, industry standards, regulatory requirements, safety protocols.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, workflow visualization tools like Visio, and task management tools like Asana.
- Must hold a degree in electrical engineering or in another engineering field related to energy or a similar discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage special projects aimed at streamlining workflows from Sales to Operations, focusing on process improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance with global standards.
- Lead initiatives that create new or optimize existing processes, methodologies templates and tools to significantly improve operational performance and efficiency. This includes improving the operations of sales, project management, asset management, and operations and maintenance departments.
- Conduct regular assessments on project outcomes and effectiveness, for continuous improvement.
- Review and improve our standard client and partner contracts to mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and enhance solar PV project’s standards for regional teams as well as external technical partners, including but not limited to work scope, quality, HSE, SOPs, and technical assessment guidelines.
- Take charge of managing solar projects in collaboration with regional hubs when required, overseeing all phases, from initiation to execution and closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, particularly in coordination with external technical partners.
- Evaluate new solar technologies and suppliers to determine whether they are suitable for projects as per our standards.
- Serve as a key expert on complex issues related to solar projects and other technical topics, and suggest solutions or implement tools that address the challenges.
