As a Technical Project Manager (PAM Design), you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undertaking a strategic overhaul of its Identity and Access Management program. You will play a pivotal role in reshaping their Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities, ensuring the successful integration and delivery of a strategic password vaulting solution. Your work will be crucial in managing design deliverables, coordinating with architects, and ensuring that all technical designs meet the program’s strict deadlines and security requirements.

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading a team of designers and architects to deliver High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) on schedule
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure design tasks align with project timelines
  • Managing and tracking progress using JIRA, and conducting SCRUM/KANBAN calls and daily stand-ups
  • Reporting on project progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring all design deliverables meet technical standards and security requirements
  • Overseeing offshore resources and ensuring their output aligns with project goals
  • Facilitating effective communication between team members and resolving conflicts
  • Maintaining strong organizational and planning processes to manage the design workload
  • Implementing risk and issue management strategies
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment within a large program

YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Proven experience in managing design or architecture teams within large-scale projects
  • Strong technical understanding of PAM tools and infrastructure technologies
  • Demonstrated success in delivering HLDs and LLDs on time
  • Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and leading SCRUM/KANBAN calls
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience in managing offshore resources
  • Effective leadership abilities with a focus on conflict management and problem resolution
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • A collaborative mindset and a positive team-oriented attitude
