KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to programme at pre-development stage.
Ensuring that all relationships with external design team members are managed in line with the company’s stated procedures.
Ensuring Technical Pre-Development budgets are accurately produced and controlled.
Provide excellent site support during the construction stage.

In this role you will support the Technical and Engineering Manager by leading a number of pre-development projects at detailed design stage from planning submission to start on site ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to programme, also providing technical support to the project team during the construction stage, ensuring the companies targets are achieved.
