Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven 7+ year experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably with experience in Chat & Messaging or Call Center / Chat Center implementations.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • This is a remote position for candidates in Costa Rica, which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple Chat & Messaging platform implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Maintain constant communication with the team’s business analyst, developers and act as a liaison between the technical team, management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with project stakeholders and provide updates on project progress.
  • Manage project documentation, dashboards, and reporting including requirements, design specifications, test plans.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
