• Technical Project Manager with over 5 years of experience
• Experienced in definition and execution of Windows Migration
• Experience in setting and managing resource and budget requirements
• Experience working with global remote teams
• Organization skills
• Communication skills – able engage all levels of stakeholder
• Strong leadership skills with a bias towards action
• A track record of driving results.
• Quick learner with a fervent passion for technology and innovation.
• Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of the Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration project
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors
• Conduct thorough assessments of current systems and infrastructure
• Ensure compatibility of all applications and systems with Windows 11, coordinating necessary updates or replacements
• Implement change management strategies to support end-user adoption
• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables
