JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, technical expertise, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional teams towards successful project execution. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence or other PM tool.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business terms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise software solutions is a plus.
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology or software development environment
• Understanding of data analytics, AI, or emerging technologies.

• Plan, execute, and oversee technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, engineers, designers, and business teams, to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues that may impact project success.
• Manage project scope, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business needs.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Track and report on project progress, status, and key performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead agile/scrum processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Implement and optimize project management tools and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards in all project deliverables.
