Description:

We have an exciting opportunity to create and deliver the vision for technical publications that aligns to our cutting-edge technology values. In this newly created role as Technical Publications Manager, you will have the opportunity to have a significant impact on our business by driving our technical publications function and ensuring that our documentation leads to an exceptional user experience.
We want you to create the digital threads, so that we use our information in an efficient and effective manner. You will do this by working with our marketing, engineering, service and sales teams, to create technical publications that will appeal to internal and external customers.
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience of being a technical author, using relevant software (such as Madcap FLARE, Adobe FrameMaker or Oxygen XML) and leading a team or project.
If you can take technical information and put it into a format that can be easily understood, as well as seeing opportunities to maximise the data that we have and inspire teams to achieve their best then we would love to hear from you.
Benefits
In addition to a competitive starting salary, Oxford Instruments offers flexible working hours and a half-day on Fridays. We also offer 25 days annual leave, private healthcare, a share incentive plan, a defined contribution Group Personal Pension Plan, and a flexible benefits package that you can tailor to your own requirements. We also invest in our talented employees by supporting them in their ongoing career and development so that they reach their full potential. We care and work hard to provide a workplace where you can grow and learn. #LI-JR
