THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and high-achieving Technical Recruiter based in London to join our Talent team. This is a full-time placement with significant opportunities for personal development. You will play a key role in growing headcount across all of our world class teams, from data scientists and software engineers, to sales people and marketers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for an exceptional and hungry recruiter to come onboard and help headhunt, source, and attract the highest caliber of candidates across all of our teams.

This role is open for candidates with preferably 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role

• Experience recruiting for data science, software engineering, or other technical positions is desirable
• Proven track record in headhunting, sourcing, name gathering, and market mapping
• Highly capable, self-motivated, collaborative, and personable
• Ability to demonstrate integrity and drive
• Naturally curious, creative, and effective problem solver with the ability to come up with ideas to tackle problems on the cutting edge
• An excellent written and verbal communicator with a high level of business acumen
• Ability to effectively work independently in a fast-moving environment
