Job Description
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll step into a pivotal role where your primary focus will be on finding exceptional talent to join our organization. We’re excited to have you on board to help us meet our immediate hiring needs while also exploring the potential for a long-term partnership.
Your primary responsibility will be to fill open technical positions within the organization by sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. You will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment needs of Jitterbit, focusing on efficiently filling vacancies to meet hiring goals.
Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping our team and driving our success as we grow together.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated proficiency in English at the C1 level
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and filling positions.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
