- 1+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in sourcing methods for both passive and active candidates.
- Strong technical knowledge to assess applicants effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Passion for gaming and/or Web3 is a plus.
