Role Description
Responsible for managing all customer releases. The role needs continuous communication with customer teams, external parties and internal development teams. Engagement with the development team from planning to deployment. Help managing priorities related to urgent changes. Hands on participation and contribution in incident troubleshooting by checking logs and reproducing problems in production or production like environments. Should be able to configure release automation and willingness to do manual testing to help development team. Good communication skills are a must in English. Additional language skills in any of the Nordic languages are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Release Management expertise
• Experience in Software Development
• Knowledge of Configuration Management principles
• Proficiency in IT Service Management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
