Description:
Are you a technical sales professional looking to leverage your skills in a role that combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and strategic sales? As a Technical Sales Advisor for Kingspan Klargester, you’ll manage incoming inquiries, generate and follow up on quotations, and handle orders for a diverse client base, including homeowners, builders, contractors, and accredited installers. Paired with a designated Area Sales Manager, you’ll work collaboratively to build relationships, support existing customers, and develop new business within your territory, all while helping meet and exceed its sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth: Act as the lead point of contact for your assigned territories, managing key accounts and accredited installers to grow customer loyalty and sales.
Manage Customer Interactions: Handle incoming sales calls and email inquiries, providing quick and accurate quotes, processing orders, and offering knowledgeable guidance on our premium wastewater management solutions.
- Generate and Follow Up on Quotes: Prepare quotations and respond to tender documents, following up as needed to convert these into sales.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with Area Sales Managers to enhance account relationships, support promotional activities, and attend events as required.
- Maintain Sales Excellence: Utilize our ERP and CMS tools (Infor LN) to manage customer information, generate quotes, and process orders accurately. Keep customer contacts up-to-date for streamlined management and reporting.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Set and reach both personal and national sales targets, while delivering top-notch service and ethical solutions that meet customers’ needs.
- Ensure High Standards: Build credibility with clients and always operate to the highest standards.
