JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Technical Sales Representative specializing in HVAC, noise and vibration isolation systems to join our team at Vibro-Acoustics by Swegon. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to support our clients in the selection, quotation and providing awareness of V-A solutions that address their unique requirements for different HVAC applications.

KEY EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering preferably in Mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a Technical Sales role, HVAC, noise control, or vibration isolation.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, noise and vibration control principles, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ASTM).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
