Sasken Finland has a strong track record of successfully delivering R&D product programs with high-end expertise in wireless technologies.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales support team in Tampere, Finland. The Technical Sales Manager will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to our sales process, ensuring that our clients receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or technical consultancy or business development, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and technologies, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Professioned and proven track record on financial side of solution proposals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer engagement.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales support team to identify customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and use cases to customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions for clients.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and respond to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their technical queries and concerns promptly.
  • Support the implementation of solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful deployment.
  • Be as sales support representative for Finland and co-operate with our Corporate level sales team.
