WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with proven experience in high-tech sales and a passion for driving results in the R&D space. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Main Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in high-tech equipment sales and services within the R&D industry, with a focus on Europe and the U.S.
  • Strong experience in creating and executing sales strategies and meeting aggressive targets.
  • Proven skills in customer relationship building and management.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the European and U.S. markets, aligning with ATLANT 3D’s global objectives.
  • Drive and manage all sales activities across Europe and the U.S., achieving targeted market expansion.
  • Prepare sales budgets, forecast revenues, and ensure alignment with growth goals.
  • Create and deliver equipment quotations and pilot proposals, closing deals that align with company targets.
  • Actively seek new sales and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing reports and insights based on key sales metrics.
