Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

There is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is committed to take the company to the next level.
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be working alongside the Sales Director and a small team of young but highly experienced passionate individuals. You are expected to have at least 5 years of experience in the field of sales with strong technical knowledge in air conditioning and heating industrial products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers
  • Build and maintain customer database
  • Grow accounts in your assigned territory
  • Provide accurate technical information/advice to existing and potential customers
  • Prepare quotation, negotiate prices and credit terms, and process orders promptly to meet the customer’s timeline
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during negotiation
  • Report to the Director the status of quotes and ongoing projects
  • Organise freight of chillers, chiller installation service and commissioning
  • Routine sales travel to visit new and existing customers
  • Prepare monthly sales report for presentation to the Director
  • Report status of sales and level of marketability of the chiller units across different industries
  • Analyse the internal and external business environment in the HVAC industry including the competitors’ products
  • Engage in promotional activities (i.e. trade shows, industry nights) and deliver product presentations
