Description:

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of industrial and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven sales experience in an industrial setting, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to perform hands-on machine demonstrations and application trials with confidence.
  • A well-established network in the industrial and manufacturing sectors is desirable.
  • Attention to detail when preparing proposals, managing sales processes, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills with a can do attitude
    Location: Field-based Munster (Remote or Office-based 1 day per week, out on the road customer facing 4 days)
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Representative with a strong background in industrial and manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will excel in identifying customer needs, converting sales efficiently, and delivering professional machine demonstrations and application trials at customer sites throughout Ireland. A well-established network within the industrial sector is highly desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and their applications.
  • Identify customer challenges and propose tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Conduct professional machine demonstrations and application trials at customer sites.
  • Establish, manage, and grow relationships within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Efficiently convert sales opportunities, ensuring a smooth and professional process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Prepare precise and detailed sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging a strategic, collaborative approach.
