ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representative with prior experience supervising crane operations to join our growing team in the Port of Brisbane.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and supervise crane operations for both general hires works and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities for new business growth and profitability.
• Create and monitor Crane Lift Studies and Safe Work Method Statements to suit specific works.
• Liaise with staff, subcontractors, and client representatives to coordinate activities and resolve any operational issues.
• Liaise with clients and allocators to organise inductions and inspections of plant.
• Utilize various computer systems for job planning and record-keeping.
• Utilize internal reporting systems for incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the crane teams, ensuring adherence to Qube protocols and procedures.
