Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a degree in mechanical engineering or a similar technical field, or have a technical background with relevant work experience.
- You already have 1 to 3 years’ professional experience in a technical field, preferably in mechanical engineering or industrial manufacturing.
- You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- You have already gained experience with CAD programs (such as SolidWorks).
- You have strong consulting skills with a strong sense of service.
- You bring a proactive way of working and strong analytical skills.
- You have excellent written and oral skills in French and English.

As a product specialist at MiSUMi, you’ll be responsible for solving technical problems related to our products. Join our team in France and support them on technical issues!
Your tasks at MiSUMi will cover the following activities:
- You are the main internal and external contact for all product-related matters. You will assist our customers in writing, by telephone and at meetings to resolve technical questions concerning product application.
- You advise French customers on the products, technical tools and services offered.
- You handle requests for quotations on drawings and check their feasibility with our suppliers.
- Your objective is to increase customer satisfaction by managing and reducing product-related complaints.
- You observe and analyze market trends and carry out competitive analyses.
- Continuous improvement is a matter of course for you. In collaboration with other departments, such as sales, customer service and business development, you work on process improvements and ensure their implementation.
- You report regularly to your team leader on the progress of your projects and tasks.
- You will work in tandem with sales representatives, whom you will support on an ad hoc basis or on Teams, at customer sites throughout France.
