Description:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Success in working and driving business growth across business functions
- Ability to travel overnight travel up to 50% of the time
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs. independently
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of CRM systems like SFDC
- Understanding of the sales funnel and how to move sales forward in a changing environment
- Can-do demeanor and highly motivated to win sales and take share from competitors

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate selling success in the area of microscopes and plate readers
- Display an acute awareness of the life science marketplace, particularly within cellular imaging & analysis, its trends, and our competitors
- Drive sales opportunities, including providing information on product capabilities and technical specifications, as well as instrument demonstrations
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, seminars and trade shows
