TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATION

We’re looking for a Technical Sales Support and Administration professional to join our team. Desired Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment:
  • Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy, and timeliness from purchase to delivery.
  • Coordinate with our warehouse and sales team to fulfill orders efficiently.
  • Installation Support:
  • Assist our technical team with installation-related tasks, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology.
  • Troubleshoot and provide support to clients during the installation process, fostering direct engagement and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer Meetings:
  • Participate in customer meetings to understand their needs and provide valuable insights into our products.
  • Learn effective communication strategies to relay technical information and build strong client relationships.
  • Logistics Handling:
  • Oversee logistical operations, including restocking products, arranging deliveries, and tracking inventory.
  • Collaborate with our supply chain team to optimize delivery schedules and maintain seamless stock management.
    Hours per Week: 37.5 Hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm)
    Salary: £21,600 - £25,200 per annum, £1,800 - £2,100 per month
