JOB DESCRIPTION

At Danfoss Fire & Safety unit, our Regional Sales Team, is recruiting new colleagues for the position of Technical Sales Support to join our dynamic and growing team.
The job shall be hybrid at our Danfoss Budapest office; traveling throughout Europe shall be involved

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

• Engineering educational background.
• A few years professional experience in the engineering/ presales/ sales support role is required.
• Good understanding of HVAC area.
• A very good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D and Revit is a very important pre-requisite.
• Very good Englis languages skills in speech and writing.
• Proactive attitude and good collaborations skills.
• Attention to details and accuracy.

• Responsibility and / or support during the quotation phase towards engineering companies and architects or external / internal stakeholders related to the early stage of the technical specification.
• Monitoring of technical requirements, compliance with the design and Danfoss standards.
• Following the evolution of the project as soon as they become orders – establishing the KPI and the Milestones during the entire project life cycle.
• Coordinating, instructing and chairing progress meetings.
• Monitoring the progress of the project in its daily life, overseeing over time the economic, risk and cost aspects of the projects.
• Supporting to the international Stakeholders about the compliance and respect to the evolution of the order.
• Responsibility for the realization of the projects in compliance with the terms of quality, time, and costs.
• Intervening promptly in case of criticality both with corrective proposals and by engaging the most impacted stakeholders.
