Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Cyber Advisors, providing timely and effective responses to their inquiries.
- Demonstrate strong language skills and articulate responses in both written and verbal communication.
- Exhibit thoroughness and attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring complete follow-through on assignments.
- Grasp and discuss technical concepts related to IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
- Educate and train Cyber Advisors on relevant technical and cybersecurity topics.
- Provide sales support and insights to help Cyber Advisors effectively understand and promote insurance-related cybersecurity solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and identify the most effective approach.
- Learn and adapt to emerging technologies, tools, and programming languages.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience or strong interest in the insurance and cybersecurity industries.
- Proven experience in providing sales/technical support
- Basic understanding and ability to discuss the related concepts of:
- IT infrastructure
- Cybersecurity
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Highly responsive and effective in communicating
- Detail-oriented with a focus on thorough follow-through.
- Effectively multi-task and work under pressure.
- Ability to educate and train others on technical concepts.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Laptop/Desktop
- CPU: Intel or AMD processor with 64-bit support
- RAM: 8 GB and above
- High-resolution webcam
- Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
- Wired internet connection; minimum of 10 Mbps
