ABOUT THE JOB

Are you our new technical service coordinator, who can plan, coordinate, and execute service activities worldwide? Would you like to play an important role in the expansion and development of a company with huge growth potential?
We are looking for an ambitious and service minded individual to bring service coordination to the next level at our head office in Nørresundby, Denmark.
DESMI is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of a large variation of pumps and automated systems for the maritime and industrial markets worldwide.
As our new technical service coordinator, you will be part of DESMI DeServe, and manage service planning, maintain high-quality service standards, and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing service delivery processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of DESMI.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will develop and implement technical service plans, and ways of working to secure service activities and resources are always in the highest technical standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and engineers, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service processes, optimize efficiency, expand knowhow and achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, resources and engineering, to align service delivery with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Work close together with Engineers to improve work processes and to ensure competence are developed and maintained.
    Expected travel will be 5 - 15 days pr. year.

To have success in the role, we expect that you:

  • Can work with a high level of independence.
  • Have technical education in automation and mechanical engineering.
  • Is service minded and used to work in a hectic and changing environment.
  • Are fluent in English. Both in spoken and writing.
  • Have high cross-cultural understanding
