Description:
The technical service engineer will be in charge of the technical support to customers. This involves a close relationship with customers and a customer-oriented mindset. The position’s scope is a mix of technical investigation and analyses, technical presentations and customers meeting and follow-up of customer’s new project evaluation and new product qualification.
- Work closely with Technical Service-, Quality-, Customer Care -, Production and R&D-Departments
- Developing long-term relationships with customers and deal with customer’s technical complaints/requests/products qualifications
- Analyse samples, communicate technical solutions, produce technical reports
- Making technical presentations & demonstrating how a product meets customer need
