Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The purpose of the Technical Services Engineer is to ensure the operational effectiveness of Pepper’s IT systems and services by providing a business facing contact point for all matters. The role delivers 2nd level support across the Pepper business, Support for VIP, Service ownership and improvement, Lifecycle, incident and change management.

  • Respond to tickets within service level objectives
  • Perform effective and efficient troubleshooting of incidents
  • Troubleshooting and resolve faults/issues with PCs, telephony, printers, applications, and AV equipment
  • Ongoing communication and turnaround times associated with the incident triage process, troubleshooting and resolutions stages.
  • Active involvement in the development of Pepper’s approach to the delivery of its IT services through ownership of service improvement projects
  • Understanding and working within guidelines of privacy and consumer credit legislation is imperative.

  • End User Computing, including hardware and SOE Management
  • Intune - Application packaging, Configuration, and compliance policy Management
  • Digital Workplace - including MS Teams, Viva, SharePoint, and file share
  • Meeting Room technology management
  • Active Directory (On-premise and Azure), Exchange Online Skills and GPO Management
  • Mobile device, remote access management, and remote workforce support
  • Understanding of Role-based access control and Identity Managemen
