Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:



    • Manage, motivate and develop the teams across the operational areas ensuring members effectively priorities work and time.

    • Guarantee tight deadlines will be met by planning and prioritising work efficiently
    • Ensure effective communication with Digital Solutions, business and project stakeholders
    • Support the UK / DS business strategy ensuring that delivered services are aligned and provide true value to the business.
    • Use expert knowledge to identify risks and identify continuous improvement opportunities across the estate.
    • Ensure control of services to ensure efficient use across the Digital Solutions estate.
    • Ensure TSM compliance with governance controls.
    • Support the IBP process.
    • Understand and input to Service continuity planning, testing and exercises.
    • Provide support to Head of TSM as directed.
    • Deputise for other TSM within the department where required.
    • Add value to the Change Advisory Board
    • Manage and administer the organization’s Networking infrastructure.
    • Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as firmware upgrades, patching, and storage provisioning.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve Network-related issues, including outages, upgrades, and VPN/Proxy performance issues.
    • Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify potential risks and recommend remediation actions.
    • Maintain documentation of Network infrastructure, configuration , procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Networking.
