Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage, motivate and develop the teams across the operational areas ensuring members effectively priorities work and time.
- Guarantee tight deadlines will be met by planning and prioritising work efficiently
- Ensure effective communication with Digital Solutions, business and project stakeholders
- Support the UK / DS business strategy ensuring that delivered services are aligned and provide true value to the business.
- Use expert knowledge to identify risks and identify continuous improvement opportunities across the estate.
- Ensure control of services to ensure efficient use across the Digital Solutions estate.
- Ensure TSM compliance with governance controls.
- Support the IBP process.
- Understand and input to Service continuity planning, testing and exercises.
- Provide support to Head of TSM as directed.
- Deputise for other TSM within the department where required.
- Add value to the Change Advisory Board
- Manage and administer the organization’s Networking infrastructure.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as firmware upgrades, patching, and storage provisioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Network-related issues, including outages, upgrades, and VPN/Proxy performance issues.
- Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify potential risks and recommend remediation actions.
- Maintain documentation of Network infrastructure, configuration , procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Networking.
