REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelors / Engineering degree in medical / electrical / mechanical or medical technology is preferred.
  • Good computer skills

FLUENT IN DANISH

  • Good English skills in speech and writing

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Technical Service Specialist is responsible for performing field service and planned maintenance activities, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs) and for back up first line level supporting and assisting with installations and deinstallations. The primary location is around Gødstrup and Herning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performing field service troubleshoots technical problems and upgrades for hardware and software (TSBs).
  • Schedule and perform planned/ predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) activities
  • Assist with instrument installations and deinstallations
  • Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS), service key performance indicators achievement and economic growth and profitability per region
  • Provide phone support to our customers.
