We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in a project based or technical services environment. You should be comfortable managing a remote team of multi-skilled service engineers. We are also looking for someone with experience of budgetary responsibility.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in an engineering, project management or business discipline.
  • A motivational approach to leadership, encouraging collaborative working
  • Demonstrated experience of managing transformational and incremental change
  • The ability to engage with stakeholders and build a network within Domino
  • Management qualification e.g. CMI or ILM

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Services Delivery Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering top-notch services to our clients. This role involves overseeing project delivery, installations, break/fix repairs, maintenance and technical support resources, ensuring client satisfaction and driving continuous improvement in our technical operations.
Key responsibilities will include leading and managing the technical services delivery team to ensure timely and successful project execution. You will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. You will be tasked with overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless service delivery and addressing any technical challenges.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing best practices in project management and service delivery, focusing on efficiency and quality.
  • Analysing performance metrics and providing regular reports to senior management on service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service offerings and operational processes.
