We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Service Manager to be responsible for our field service, field applications and technical support operations in Italy. If you are a passionate and dedicated individual with a consistent track record in field service/applications management, we encourage you to apply.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., biomedical engineering, clinical laboratory science)

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in field service or field applications management – ideally within the IVD industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of in vitro diagnostics equipment
  • Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource prioritization is desirable

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Proven track record of leading field-based service teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical proficiency, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Fluency in Italian and English – written and verbal.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Ideally based in Lombardi with ability to travel to customer sites (up to 30%)
