We are looking for a Technical Service Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Basel.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Completed technical, electrotechnical vocational training or a similar qualification
• First practical work experience in technical service
• Solution-oriented way of thinking and working
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of ERP systems, experience in network technology is desirableVery good written and spoken English skills

• Repair and maintenance of medical devices
• Technical incoming goods inspection of medical devices
• Fault analysis and assessment of defective devices and assemblies
• Preparation of repair reports, test and measurement protocols
• Preparation of cost estimates and delivery notes
• Documentation and complaints of quality defects
• Responsible for the proper use of the required testing and measuring equipment
• Documentation of warranty, update work and product defects
• Telephone support and emergency service readiness
• Planning and carrying out internal and external technical training, carrying out service activities at the customer’s premises
• Any other task enabling to run the repair activity smoothly and efficiently
