As a Technical Services Supervisor you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, providing hands-on technical guidance and supervision to the team. This includes managing workflow, training new team members, and ensuring that KPIs and performance targets are met. You will conduct regular inspections with your team to confirm that all properties meet quality and compliance standards. Alongside supervising team members, you will manage relationships with contractors and colleagues within the Facilities Management (FM) and Workplace Support Services teams to ensure seamless operations.
You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal, who is able to interpret information and solve problems. You’ll be highly organised, self-motivated and work well under pressure.
You’ll need to be in the office and other sites as and when you are required and the remaining time you’ll be able to work remotely.
