ABOUT THE PAY AND BENEFITS
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Italy base pay reasonably expected for this role is €86,000.00 to €116,000.00 - your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.

Responsibilities:
Our Site Technical Services team, composed of around 70 people, is integrated into the Rosignano site (Quarry and Salt Mine included) and focuses on maintenance and reliability in collaboration with Production Units and other Services in the site. As a Site Technical Manager, you will work on ensuring HSE compliance, managing maintenance activities, and promoting continuous improvement to support operational excellence. You will get the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and have a positive impact on site performance.
You will be accountable for:
- Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
- Planning and managing maintenance and technical service activities.
- Steering maintenance excellence and innovation programs.
- Managing internal and external communication regarding technical issues.
- Overseeing outsourced maintenance contracts.
We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.
