Responsibilities:

THE ROLE: WHAT TO EXPECT

We are currently looking for a highly qualified and motivated Solution Engineer to join our team. As a Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and bringing our innovative solutions to our customers. You will work closely with our sales, engineering, and customer success teams to understand our customers’ requirements and design customised solutions to meet their needs.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and Design technical solutions that address their specific specifications.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to identify and resolve technical challenges or issues during solution implementation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities and value of our solutions to potential customers.
  • Provide technical support to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in robotic automation technologies to continuously enhance our solution offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting guides.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Deployment Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of robotic automation systems, software, and hardware components.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and design appropriate solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites
  • At least intermediate (B2) level of German language
