Play a key role in maintaining the performance, reliability, and capacity of our infrastructure systems, driving efficiency and innovation across our platform services.
Responsibilities:
As a Technical Specialist - Platforms, you will independently manage mid-level platform responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of our compute, storage, virtualisation, operating systems, core infrastructure services ( AD, DNS) , monitoring and tooling and infrastructure systems. Reporting to the Platform Technical Manager, you will handle system configurations, resolve incidents, and contribute to the success of infrastructure projects. Your hands-on expertise in platform services and commitment to resource optimization will help drive performance and improve the quality of service through automation.
