You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition through regular monitoring and maintenance. You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with proven experience in ICT infrastructure management, including servers, storage, networks and IPTV. You should possess strong knowledge of datacentre and network distribution hardware and proficiency in monitoring tools and techniques for fault detection and resolution. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication and documentation skills are also required.

As a Technical Specialist - Infrastructure, you will oversee the health of ICT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, IPTV, and datacentre or distribution hardware. You will proactively monitor all equipment to identify and address potential faults, perform regular maintenance on hardware such as firmware updates and patch installations, and develop and implement strategies to enhance the reliability and performance of the ICT infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure health, maintenance activities, and incident resolutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for ICT infrastructure management.
