We’re on a quest for a Technical Stream Lead with a wealth of cloud-native software development experience and a bold vision for core banking transformation. This role is sculpted for an individual eager to step into a consultant role, marked by drive, impact, and leadership.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or software engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud-native software development, with a demonstrated portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in modern cloud platforms and architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS offerings.
  • Skilled in designing and developing microservices, API-driven interfaces, and scalable systems.
  • Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools that support streamlined software delivery.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive teams and manage complex technical projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, paired with impeccable communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Steer our core banking transformation projects, ensuring technological and strategic objectives are met with innovation and agility.
  • Collaboratively design and implement cloud-native banking solutions, capitalizing on your development experience to deliver high quality and performance.
  • Take ownership of your technical stream, from conception through to delivery, including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Engage actively with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of transformation goals, progress, challenges, and results.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to excel in their delivery with mentorship and guidance, emphasizing collaboration and team cohesion.
  • Assure alignment with industry best practices for security and compliance, particularly those pertaining to financial services.
  • Evaluate the latest cloud technologies and tools, advocating for adoption where they will bring strategic advantage or innovation.
  • Contribute thought leadership within the transformation space, inspiring others with your vision and understanding of the impacts of cloud technology within banking.
