We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst, Associate to strengthen our technical team in an environment that is evolving at a fast pace. This new job opportunity provides technical support assistance to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product via telephone and/or Internet. Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer. Communicate customer feedback to appropriate product development area and all others.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Resolve questions from our Global customers on technical aspects of the product over telephone or via email.
- Proactively keeping customers informed of how and when problems are resolved with
- focus on retention and reference ability, documenting all information in required tracking
- systems.
- Responsible for appropriate referral to other departments, if necessary.
- Contributing and maintaining information in global knowledge base.
- Developing product knowledge and identifying areas for further specialization.
- Be a team player in a Global organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Customer focus experience.
- Experience analyzing data research and solving functional software issues.
- Experience working in a Technical Support role.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Troubleshooting experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Progress Databases.
- Windows OS.
- Linux/AIX.
- Cloud based solutions.
