We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst, Associate to strengthen our technical team in an environment that is evolving at a fast pace. This new job opportunity provides technical support assistance to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product via telephone and/or Internet. Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer. Communicate customer feedback to appropriate product development area and all others.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Resolve questions from our Global customers on technical aspects of the product over telephone or via email.
  • Proactively keeping customers informed of how and when problems are resolved with
  • focus on retention and reference ability, documenting all information in required tracking
  • systems.
  • Responsible for appropriate referral to other departments, if necessary.
  • Contributing and maintaining information in global knowledge base.
  • Developing product knowledge and identifying areas for further specialization.
  • Be a team player in a Global organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Customer focus experience.
  • Experience analyzing data research and solving functional software issues.
  • Experience working in a Technical Support role.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Troubleshooting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Progress Databases.
  • Windows OS.
  • Linux/AIX.
  • Cloud based solutions.
