ABOUT OUR POSITION

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Analyst who will provide technical expertise and assistance to resellers and end users by providing technical support and documentation.

• Providing technical support to resellers and end users via phone and email.
• Documenting and reporting SMRs, including bugs and enhancements.
• Contributing technical articles and help tips to on-line resources.
• Functioning as an expert for a particular product to the support staff and company.
• Maintaining the technical support working environment, including database setup, restores, loading client data, etc.Performing other duties and job responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
