Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support via email or telephone directly to customers.
  • Assisting users with troubleshooting and diagnosis of model issues.
  • Advising customers on modelling questions, related to software usage and application of industry knowledge.
  • Contributing to quality of assistance provided by the company in the form of Knowledge Base Content, User Guides reviews and other proactive guidance.
  • Representing users to the company and development team product strategy groups, includes liaising with users to capture details of errors, collecting and commenting on user feedback and presenting usability issues for consideration in future developments.
  • Working with the Support team to ensure knowledge and skills are shared effectively, involves learning from others as well as providing guidance.
  • Formal training on new software features, products and company services will be provided on an on-going basis.
  • The Support Consultant will have access to the expert guidance and advice of our world class development and consultancy teams. This role will provide an unparalleled opportunity to gain advanced understanding of our software features as well as industry and regulatory updates.
