Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Technical Support Coordinator to join our Installations & Technical Support Department. This role is integral to ensuring seamless communication with customers and contractors, resolving technical queries, and coordinating essential maintenance and emergency services. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and contractors, addressing queries related to connections, disconnections, servicing, maintenance, and emergencies such as gas leaks.
  • Coordinate contractor scheduling for necessary work and manage the emergency call-out roster.
  • Oversee asset maintenance, including meter locks/unlocks, tank and cylinder defect reports, and 15-year tank testing certifications.
  • Support contractor management and approval processes.
  • Approve, code, and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with the installations department to facilitate gas installations, tank/parts haulage, and connections.
  • Assist with system-based job estimations and resolve invoice-related queries.
  • Provide after-hours emergency call-out coverage on a rotational basis.
