We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer Automation & Control Systems who will be responsible for handling all internal and external technical requests for AHC/Motion compensated offshore products. This position will have a special and close connection to the region customer’s, sales, operations, and service projects team to enhance our offering capability and support. Document creation, documentation handling and sparepart support.
This position will be based in Kristiansand, Norway.

• Provide technical support for customers and Offshore Service personnel
• Troubleshooting remote
• PLC and HMI Programming for upgrade projects
• Creating technical instructions
• Participate in quotation work for service project
• Create/Maintain subparts list to ease the finding of correct spare part
• Support making training documents and if required participate or perform training
• Follow and ensure the following of the Quality System rules
• Update ERP, drawings, document systems etc. according to our standards
• Report on all problems identified and record all corrective actions
• Support spare sales
