Description:

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Advisor to join our Aftersales Support team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support over the phone and online to customers, installers, and service technicians for Riello, Vokèra, and Viessmann products. You will handle a variety of tasks, from troubleshooting to parts identification, ensuring high-quality service at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • ACS certification (Gas Safe) preferred
  • Experience in repairing residential or commercial gas boilers.
  • Strong understanding of heating systems and commercial controls.
  • Experience with renewable technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent phone manner and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing escalations.
  • Proficient in customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • High level of patience, empathy, and communication skills at all levels.

  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Riello, Vokèra, and Viessmann products.
  • Identify and recommend spare parts as required.
  • Handle technical inquiries on product design, performance, and operations.
  • Maintain technical documentation and update records in the CRM system.
  • Assist with general technical operations as needed.
