Reporting directly to the Technical Support Manager, your main role will be to Repair, support & maintain industrial Vending Machine Inventory solutions at various customer locations across the UK. Full training & shadowing will be given to the right candidate.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Quality and safety focused approach.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
  • Flexible with working hours to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Willing to travel, including regular overnight stays across the UK.
  • Limited international travel may be required.
  • Joining the call out rota may be required to help deliver our 24 hours a day / 7 days a week availability promise
  • The role can be demanding and physical at times.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair of Inventory solution machines across the UK
  • Maintenance of Inventory solution machines across the UK
  • 100% Compliance of all salesforce features
  • Ensuring all tasks / requests meet quality standards.
  • Analysing and resolving faults.
  • Always ensure safe working practices.
  • Complying with Company and on-site / customer health & safety rules and regulations.
  • van stock management to ensure you are carrying the right parts to achieve a first-time resolution.
