As part of our After Sales Service team, you will provide top-notch support to both internal and external Danfoss customers across Europe and the Middle East. Your mission will include delivering offsite, onsite, and online assistance to ensure our compressors perform at their best.

  • Plan and execute customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical training (onsite and offsite) to drive business opportunities.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage support requests and ensure smooth workflows, while identifying product and service improvements through direct and indirect customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures, supporting corrective action activities and maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strategize on business and engineering initiatives, including new product releases, market opportunities, and events.
