The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver technical solutions for projects and quotes, addressing technical clarifications and exceptions to customer requirements. This involves promoting our standard products whenever possible and providing comprehensive technical support for our global projects.
The Technical Support Engineer will work on international projects, offering technical support across the product portfolio. This role will serve as an important link between Project Engineers, other technical departments, and the Product Management team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Providing support to the regional sales offices: reviews specifications received, prepares technical clarifications, and proposes technical solutions to the sales team for Tier 1&2 quotes.
- Proposing the standard solutions available in the portfolio, supporting the solutions offered to the customer with technical suggestions and advice.
- Identifying and raising ETO (Engineering to Order) requests to the ETO department when our standard solution doesn’t match project requirements.
- Collaborating closely with the Product Management team to ensure alignment on technical offerings and product development.
- Responsibility for coordinating tasks across all technical departments to complete the technical solution.
- Assisting other departments in resolving problems related to the solution offered.
- Attending Technical Clarification meetings with customers and internal meetings.
- Providing support in submitting orders to production and approves Instrument Data Sheets (IDSs) and Sizing Document.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Engineering degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic/chemical engineering
- Entry to mid-level: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable role
- Proficient in English Language - Written and Spoken
- Good PC skills and good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel outside of Romania for training purposes in Norway when needed
