Responsibilities:

Experlogix is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic Support and Operations team. The successful candidate has an engineering mind and background that allows them to effectively troubleshoot advanced technical issues by understanding the concepts of the .NET ecosystem and the underlying’s of systems architecture that allows them to effectively troubleshoot issues in databases and ERP systems. This background will allow the successful candidate in providing advanced technical support to our clients, and assisting others within the team, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to our CPQ software, as well as its integrations with ERP and CRM systems. To be successful as a team member, you should demonstrate passion and dedication. Outstanding candidates are willing to assist others.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support escalations, providing timely and effective resolution of issues to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to CPQ software functionality, integration with ERP and CRM systems, and SQL Server databases;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Implementation, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues;
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in CPQ software, ERP and CRM systems, and SQL Server databases to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues;
  • Document support cases and solutions in our knowledge base to facilitate the resolution of similar issues in the future;
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve product functionality, performance, and customer satisfaction based on support interactions and feedback.
