Join Our Team as a Technical Support Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our team, where your primary focus will be on supporting and maintaining our Enterprise Integration landscape. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the stability and performance of our ERP systems, enabling our organization to operate smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of troubleshooting integration issues, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with various teams to enhance system functionality. Your efforts will help us streamline operations and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSc Computer Science (Essential/Minimum or)
  • B Tech Information Technology (Essential/Minimum)
  • Certificate ITIL Foundation (Essential/Minimum)
  • Management Development Programme (Recommended/Desirable)

EXPERIENCE:

8 years Relevant experience in Systems Integration support. Collaborating, planning, organising, and negotiation skills critical in coordinating and resolving issues with multiple third parties (Essential/Minimum) Operational

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
  • Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
